Animated plastic toys like Cowboy, Indian and Horse have problems, too. Cowboy and Indian's plan to surprise Horse with a homemade birthday gift backfires when they destroy his house instead. Surreal adventures take over as the trio travel to the center of the earth, trek across frozen tundra and discover a parallel underwater universe where pointy-headed (and dishonest!) creatures live. With panic a permanent feature of life in this papier mâché town, will Horse and his girlfriend ever be alone? The maddest film i have ever seen. But oh so brilliant. Throughout the whole film, all the characters were overly hyperactive, shouting their lines at each other and generally panicking. Half of the film you are thinking what the fuck, how can they come up with this. Imagine the Milk Milk, Cravendale adverts, throw in the french madness, and you have this film down to a fine art. Just the madness of this film will make you cry with laughter.
I don't know how else to review this film, all i can say is you have to watch it. It is pure genius in its maddest form.
